The app can be set up to off-line support the standard activities of a maintenance technician who works on-site to carry out technical assistance on products. This app enables to reduplicate the information related to the daily operational plan on the device itself.
When at the client’s, the maintenance technician could portray or photograph the fault, indicate a response time, choose the replacement parts and collect the electronic signature to attest its service, producing a PDF technical intervention report for the client.
When the maintenance technician will carry out the back-office data synchronization, all the accomplished maintenance activities will be available and uploaded on the management system, just waiting to be confirmed and invoiced (if the maintenance activity is not under warranty).
